Recipe: Healthy Hot Chocolate
I love the Trim Healthy Mama lifestyle. I don't always do the best at staying on plan but I try to follow it the majority of the time. A dear friend of mine recently shared this recipe with me and I couldn't help but want to pass it on to you.

Hot Chocolate - The Trim Healthy Mama Way
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 cup gentle sweet
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup water
2 cups almond milk
1 cup half n half
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla
In a saucepan mix the cocoa, gentle sweet and salt. Add the water and bring the mixture to a boil. Boil for one minute. Add almond milk, half n half, heavy whipping cream and bring to a temperature that you desire. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Enjoy!
This recipe makes about a quart of hot chocolate. I love to make a batch and store what I don't drink in the fridge. This is perfect for those cold days and when you need a quick chocolate fix.
