Thanksgiving is over and we were truly blessed to spend the day with family. We enjoyed so many delicious foods and indulged on some of the best homemade sweets. My mind is now fully on Christmas and deciding what kind of theme I will be going with this year. In our home the tradition has always been to decorate the day after Thanksgiving and currently our home has quite a lot of natural greenery spread throughout the home and waiting to be styled. I also plan to pull out several things that I have kept in totes through the years. I can assure you that I will have plenty of natural elements and even some handmade ideas to share with you.
I recently painted my dining room table black and realized how much I love the color theme of black, brown, green and white. I had already started moving things around the house when I stopped to take this photo the other morning. So, I started browsing and found some beautiful inspirational ideas and thought I would share them with you.
These are gorgeous images that have truly inspired me this Christmas season. Click on any image to be taken to the original source.
This holiday season will be an understated approach in neutral colors but will have an abundance of greenery. I love the raw natural earthy elements of Christmas with it's hues of browns and greens. What about you? How are you decorating this Christmas season?
